Cancellation Policy If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room. Every room has a different policy. A non-refundable policy means that a fee will apply if you decide to cancel or make changes to your booking. This fee is mentioned in the room conditions and in your confirmation. Free cancellation means you can change or cancel your booking free of fees, if done within time period set by the hotel. This is written in the room conditions and in your confirmation (for example "Cancel up to x days" or "Cancel before dd/mm/yy hh:mm").

Free! One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One older child or adult is charged extra person per night . Area Information

Kamari beach has a well organized beach that stretches in many kilometres and is awarded with a blue flag. It has smooth black sand,showers,a masseur,playground,water sports,diving centre and a lifeguard.Not far away from Zacharakis studios ,you will see the ascetic residences,natural caves found inside the rock or small buildings that ascetics used in order to retire since the late 17th century. There is always life,as it accommodates the majority of the charter passengers that inundate the island from May to September. It is worth mentioning,as in Mesa Vouno,the ruins of the ancient Thera were discovered-a city that was the only urban centre of the island until the expansion of Christianity. Studios are located in one of the best areas of Kamari, sheltered from the nearby mountain and just 30 meters from the beach. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea, in the center of one of the most popular tourist resorts of the island. Zacharakis Studios is located in a quiet side street, enough far from the hustle and bustle of the seafront, but in the middle of it all: the beach at 30 m away, shopping, dining and entertainments at your fingertips.The main advantage is the location due to the easy access on the shops, beach bars, 24 hours open supermarkets. Several shops nearby,ATM,bakery,tavernas,coffee shops,tavernas,shop gallery for gifts,travel agencies,car/moto rental e.t.c. A few streets away there are coctail-bars with live music by the sea. For those who enjoy mountain walking the beginning of that leads to the top of the mountain is also about 5 minutes walk away.. Those who enjoy the sea best,there are water sports and diving center when you can easily reach by walking. The bus stop is very close to the studios and the rides are very frequent so you can easily reach the capital of Fira and all the other towns of the island. The cosmopolitan Kamari is 9km away from Fira, 2.5km from the airport and 5 km from the port.

The Kamari beach is a five Km beach and the studios are only 30 meters away from the beach with the crystal clear waters. The sea bottom is sandy at the most part,turning into pebbles or solid rock in certain areas. The official language is Greek.English is generally understood and spoken in shops and restaurants. Since the 1 st of January 2002,the Euro (EUR) is the currency of Greece. The banks on Santorini are open 08:00-14:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-14:00 on Friday.ATMs are available in almost all villages on Santorini.Most accept Visa and Master Card as well as debit cards of internationally recognised networks. There is a taxi stand in the square of Fira.With just a phone call from our hotel you can be picked up from any point.(Transport cost by taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15-20 euro and from the port to the hotel is approximately 20-25 euro). Local Bus Transportation Network (KTEL) BUSES carry out daily bus routes to almost all destinations. The KTEL terminal is also located in the square of Fira next to taxis.Kamari is well connected bus with Fira town (every 15minutes) and the rest of the island. The bus service is very frequent.We are on a bus route that goes to town every 15 minutes and that 15 minutes (1,60euro/person).Free public parking area next to the studio.
