Condiciones de cancelación Si cancelas la reserva hasta 21 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el establecimiento no efectuará cargos. Si cancelas o modificas la reserva fuera de plazo, el establecimiento cargará el 50% de toda la estancia. Si no te presentas, el establecimiento cargará la estancia completa.

Los estudios de una habitación se encuentran en una de las mejores zonas de Kamari, protegidos por la montaña cercana y a 30 metros de la playa. Zacharakis Estudios está ubicado en una tranquila calle lateral. La parada de autobús está muy cercana al hotel y los recorridos pasan con mucha frecuencia para llegar a Fira y a todas las localidades de la isla. Kamari, es famosa por su playa de arena mixta con piedras oscuras y representa el ejemplo más evidente del gran desarrollo turístico que ha tenido en el último decenio la isla de Santorini. Esto es decididamente el resultado de un gran desarrollo comercial y es por esto que Kamari está llena de hoteles, estudios, habitaciones para alojar, campings, bungalows y cine al abierto (donde cada año en agosto se realiza un importante festival de jazz), restaurantes y tabernas, cafés, bar y locales nocturnos, tiendas de souvenir y tantos otros. Su playa larga es de cerca de 7 kms. y está llena de quitasoles y reposeras, con casas y bar sobre la playa y su organización es igual a las grandes destinaciones turísticas mundiales con actividades acuáticas como buceo, parapente, motos de agua, paseos a caballo, tour gastronómicos con degustaciones de vinos locales organizados por una de las tantas enotecas y viñedos presentes en esta localidad. El Mesa Vounio, es la montaña que domina Kamari y la separa de Perissa y es el lugar donde se encuentra un importante sitio arqueológico: la Antigua Thira. Se trata de los restos de una antigua basílica cristiana, de templos, casas, un anfiteatro y antiguos frescos. Hacia el centro del sitio se encuentra el agora, la plaza donde se desarrollaba el mercado. Parte de los restos arqueológicos han quedado en discretas condiciones, aunque si bien la gran parte del sitio presenta solo pocas piedras, al cual se puede llegar a través de una calle panorámica muy sugestiva, para recorrer en moto o en auto. La cima supera los 300 metros de altura desde donde se domina toda la isla (pero atención al fuerte viento).

The Kamari beach is a five Km beach and the studios are only 30 meters away from the beach with the crystal clear waters. The sea bottom is sandy at the most part,turning into pebbles or solid rock in certain areas. The official language is Greek.English is generally understood and spoken in shops and restaurants. There is a taxi stand in the square of Fira.With just a phone call from our hotel you can be picked up from any point.(Transport cost by taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15-20 euro and from the port to the hotel is approximately 20-25 euro). Local Bus Transportation Network (KTEL) BUSES carry out daily bus routes to almost all destinations. The KTEL terminal is also located in the square of Fira next to taxis.Kamari is well connected bus with Fira town (every 15minutes) and the rest of the island. The bus service is very frequent.We are on a bus route that goes to town every 15 minutes and that 15 minutes (1,60euro/person).Free public parking area next to the studio.
